Art Exhibition: “British Farms & Countryside in textiles” by Nicola Hughes

When:    10.00 – 16.00.
Where:   The Old Barn, Church Farm, HP22 5SH
What:     An exhibition of works in felt and textiles by Nicola Hughes. She says “this exhibition explores and celebrates the British countryside which has been cared for and shaped by family farmers for millennia, from prehistoric settlers to their modern day combine-driving descendants, often on farms that go back many generations. It is a hard and unremitting life, balanced by the rewards of knowing they produce high quality food and they steward the countryside we all love, even, and especially, in these hard times…”

October Weekends

Church Farm’s Pumpkin Patch

When:    10.00 – 16.00, October Weekends. (Open weekdays during half term, check social media for dates before coming!)
Where:   The Pumpkin Patch, World’s End Lane, HP22 5PS. Please note that the patch is NOT at the same location as the rest of the farm.
What:     “The best pumpkin patch around.” – Adam, Google reviews.
Entry:  £2.00 per person. Pumpkins sold on size from £1.00 to £12.00. (Additional charges apply for some activities.)

With over fifty varieties of pumpkin and squash grown on site and ready for you to pick, you’re sure to find your perfect pumpkin, whether for carving, cooking or decoration. Once you’ve finished pumpkin picking, be sure to have a go on our vintage tractor, climb our bale castle, and visit our fabulous face painter! Plenty of photo opportunities, and hot food and drinks available.

No booking required.

Free parking on site, or in the reservoir lay-by opposite the patch in wet conditions.
Sorry, dogs are not allowed in the pumpkin patch.

This is an outdoor activity, so we strongly recommend suitable footwear and clothing is worn, and gloves will help avoid any prickles from pumpkin stalks.
